NOTE: RCONS/Administrators will issue a warning to the individual(s) in breach of a rule, A warning will be issued three (3) times and then have the exclusive right to kick/ban when deemed necessary.
1. No Tolerance of ethnic, religious, racial, sexist or political slander/persecution is acceptable.
2. No Form of Hacking or Cheating will be tolerated whatsoever. Wallhacks, Aimbots, Speed Cheats, Lag Cheats, Spectator Cheats or Console Cheats. Any individual(s) caught doing so will result in an immediate ban from all Legend Servers.
3. Do Not Accuse any individual(s) of cheating. If a player is suspected of hacking then bring the issue forward by MSN to an RCON/Administrator who will deal with the matter.
4. Do Not Harass other members/non-members, in particular women. "
5 Welcome new players and offer them advice/tips on how their game may be improved. If needed. **REMEMBER: We were all new at one time.**
6. Respect: RCONS/Administrators are to be listened to at all times by both, members and non-members. Whatever they say is "the rule of LAW" and shall be obeyed. All individuals are to be treated with equal respect at all times, regardless of their position.
7. Disagreements or disputes shall be handled in a private manner and not discussed publicly while in The Legend servers. AND DO NOT POST ANY NEGITAVE POST ALL MATTERS ARE TO BE HANDLED BY Boom/ Fierra/ HO/ Viper/ hang/ Widow/ Ash IN A DECENT MANER
8. Kicking/Banning: RCONS/Administrators have the explicit right, at any time, to kick and/or ban any individual(s), if they choose not to abide to the rules as stated in this document.
9. All members are encouraged to frequently visit the official website forum, Legend, at http://shockalockaho.tripod.com/home for news and upcoming events. The forum is the main form of communication between members.
10. RCONS must be members of The Legend community to have any rights associated with the running/maintenance of any and/or all servers. PLEASE NOTE: It is the sole right of the server owner to determine whom he/she wants to assign for an RCON in their server. However, determining whether the selected RCON will have rights to other Legend servers, will be based SOLELY on the discretion of the other server owners and whether or not they approve of their server information being given to that RCON individual. The Legend reserves no right to decide what individual has access to other servers, it is the sole right of the owner of that server in question only.
11. Taunts/Auto-taunts: Whether taunts are permitted in any server at any given time will be decided at the RCON/Administrator discretion. They have been known to cause lag. Therefore, members/non-members are asked to refrain from using them when requested.
12. Legend Colors and Registered Nicknames: All members are to use their colored Legend name that was registered at The Legend website, i.e. at the time the individual became a member, whenever they are in a Legend server. Any change(s) in an individual's nickname MUST be registered in The Legend database. For information on this process, please contact the Administrator or an RCON to ensure it is done properly and you are not registered twice under two separate nicknames. The Legend nicknames MUST consist of both yellow and orange letters combined, NOT only one of the colors.
The http://shockalockaho.tripod.com/home web page provides a link for members to visit with all the relevant information they need to make their Legend nickname.
13. NO clan recruiting or clan matches will be tolerated in any of the servers. A warning will be issued three (3) times and failure to comply to the warning, will result in being kicked from the server.
14. Clans visiting The Legend servers are not to stack teams, i.e. not to have all one clan on the same team UNLESS conditions permit where there are sufficient players and skill levels on the opposing team.
15. No Phos: Currently, the phos option is not available to players in any Legend server. However, if this option does become available at any point in the future, the following rule will apply:
16. No Spawn/Shotgun Camping: Shooting players as soon as they respawn, without giving them an opportunity to pick up a weapon and/or defend themselves WILL NOT BE TOLERATED under any circumstance.
17. Play with Honor and Respect. It is not about winning or losing, nor is it about getting the most points etc. It's all about having fun. Please do not ruin that for other players. There is no "I" in "Team".
18. All members wearing Legend colors must show good examples in all servers not just Legend servers,by following all the rules specified in this forum. A bad image for the legend {WILL NOT BE TOLERATED}
19. PLEASE DO NOT POST HERE ON ANY CLANS OR ABOUT ANY CLANS THANK YOU PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with the above may result in a member getting kicked from the server they are in. Any non-members maybe asked to leave when the server they are in is full and a member is trying to join it. The first priority of The Legend servers is to provide a service for its members. The Legend asks all its members to comply with this rule in particular, to help keep consistency throughout The Legend community, while keeping in mind *THE Legend IS NOT A CLAN.*

* Members of The Legend are expected to promote a healthy and competitive online gaming environment. We, as members, will abide to all the rules and regulations brought forward in this document.
* We, as members, agree that RESPECT is the essential element in continuing to promote our healthy and competitive online gaming environment.
* It is understood that good sportsmanship will prevail and continuing doing so in The Legend community: giving congratulations to the team that wins a game by typing "good game" or "gg", trying not to take things personal. All are key elements in the continuing the success of The Legend and its members.
